Authors of stprov

The copyright on stprov is held by the respective authors (or their
organizations/employers).

Unless file-specific copyright headers say otherwise, stprov is
permissively licensed according to the BSD 2-Clause License (see the
LICENSE file).

This file contains only a summary; for more fine-grained information

For contributions where copyrights are held by an organization, e.g.,

The initial commit of the stprov tool was based on an internal
provisioning tool developed and used by Mullvad VPN. The first three
authors below contributed to this initial version, on behalf of
Mullvad.
