I am looking to shoe horn PKGBUILDs dependency representation into mkosi subimages, for that I populate the Dependencies= in a configure script, so just ensure that we reevaluate the dependency tree after the configure scripts have run.

As a configure script can modify the config in nearly any way it pleases
it is not impossible that dependencies may be resolved at runtime. So
just rerun dependency resolution after all configure scripts have done
their stuff.
