Need to pass trip owner roll before the current owner delete their own account

Problem

If the user who created a trip deletes their account, the trip will also be deleted. However, we need to add the functionality to pass the owner role to somebody else before they delete the account.

What we need

We can add the "Change Owner" button on this page so the owner can pass someone who shared the trip.

A modal or page is fine. When the owner tries to delete their account, we also need to show warnings or errors like "You need to pass owner roll to someone in the trip before deleting!"
