Andesite Bars have no effective tool

As the title says, the andesite bars and andesite bars overlay added by this mod has no effective tool and takes a long time to mine. The other bars and bar overlays may have this issue too, however, I cannot test this at the moment.

Wrench insta-mine like with andesite bars would be a nice way to sorta circumvent the issue.

Also an issue with Industrial Iron Bars as well.

Don't think it makes sense to create a separate issue, but yes, as mentioned Industrial Iron Bars also have no tool assigned.

Create Deco 2.0.2-1.20.1-forge (Running on NeoForge 47.1.106)

All bars should have 'forge:mineabel/pickaxe', and be shift-right-clickable with wrench.

Copper bars have this problem and the wrench isn't able to instamine them.
