[TASK] Enable Blueprint Selection from Delegation

Description

The blueprint_selection parameter allows delegators to specify preferences or constraints regarding the utilization of their delegated assets. These blueprints could represent different operational strategies, resource allocations, or service offerings provided by the operator.

Add component in delegation flow to enable users to select which Blueprint(s) to support when selection operator(s) to delegate to.

Comments:

If the user wants to update the delegation of Blueprints from a delegated operator:

• User can opt out of specific Blueprints while maintaining operator delegation
• No undelegation schedule needed since same tokens are reused
• Tokens remain delegated to operator and other selected Blueprints
• Can modify Blueprint selection instantly without waiting period
