Wallet backup with seed phrase is not working

Describe the bug
When a user tries to backup their wallet with see phrase it doesn't work. After the user added their seed phrase and clicked on the "Complete verification" button the status stays on red and the wallet doesn't backup. When the user click on the "Backup with seed phrase" again they need to redo the whole process but still it doesn't work.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to settings
2. Click on Wallet Backups
3. Click on "Write down seed phrase"
4. Make a note of the seed pharse
5. Tick the "I understand..." box
6. Click on "Verify seed phrase"
7. Add the seed phrase
8. click on "Complete verification" button
9. User gets redirected back to the wallet backups and the status of the seed phrase stays red

Expected behavior
User should be able to backup their wallet successfully by adding their seed phrase.
