Tester:
Just tried out the Decentraland app. It all worked for me until I closed the app. Once I reopened it it appeared to think I hadn't configured an account

If it helps, I'm on a Google Pixel 2 XL

Me:
All you did is close the app?

Tester:
Yeah

Me:
Any chance you'd be up for checking if you can reproduce that behavior on your device?

Tester:
👍

This time it stuck. I'm still logged in

Yeah. After multiple reopenings it appears to be good

Me:
Hmm, ok. Interesting. Must be some transient loading state we're not handling right.

Thanks a lot for checking, that's helpful.

I'll try to repro it on an Android device too

Oh, last question

Did you think it was a new account because there was no land in the my land tab?

Or because of 0% progress on the my profile tab?

Got the response on the final question.

Tester:
Both of those last two things were true for me

Is he a new tester? Isn't an expected reset account behavior?

I believe it was a completely new tester, so that’s why it’s surprising. I can try to confirm that, though

Tester:
"I believe today was the first day I tried using the app. There is a chance I opened it previously but did nothing with it"

I'll try to reproduce that error this week.
