Offseason competition post mortem

This is going to cover both Rumble and BRB. What I have been doing in my personal version of the document is to put [BRB] and [Rumble] tags so I can differentiate the two.

This document is intentionally view only. This is for your personal opinion about how things went, so try to develop your thoughts without input from other team members at first (we will build consensus when we meet). You can bring your answers to shop in whatever way is most convenient. It is important to have opinions about this stuff, so please come prepared.

If you didn't attend either event, please skip the "during the event" sections. Please make an extra effort to contribute to the leading up to the event sections.

Regardless of the team postmortem, we will carry out our own programming version afterwards. This will help us decide on our goals for the rest of the offseason as we look toward 2025. Please let me know if you have any questions about this!
