Incorrect conversion

Dear techgaun,

Really appreciate what you did, sadly but we have to admit may be algorithm is not working as i tried to convert 1985 november 27 to nepali date, the result your converter gives is 2042 mangsir 13 which is not correct. The correct date would be 2042 Mangsir 12. Sorry but i have to add an issue.

thanks @binodgolay for reporting. I no longer have enough time to spend and maintain this repo. I would however like to figure out some time in next month or so to look at this issue. If you would like to check the issue with algorithm, I would appreciate it.
