Hello, I followed the steps to install the api telegram but I can not compile. Can not find ActorSystem class. What 's missing me or fails? Can you help me please?

I have seen what is not downloaded to the refencia Actor, this refencia not come in the downloaded package. How or where I can download this ??

This package is in the ex3ndr repositories. You can download it and compile it.
But I can't communicate with the code.
