Changing address in moderation UI not always successful #63

Take for example incident:
http://www.teleiakaipavla.gr/backkick/incidents/200/edit

If you change the map address to:
ΒΑΣ. ΣΟΦΙΑΣ 76, ΑΘΗΝΑ 11528

and hit update, the change is ignored. Other changes (e.g. setting it to Athens) are accepted. We see this in various cases. Any idea why?
