Describe the Problem

There are a few inaccuracies in the OBC theme.

• Secondary (blue) buttons should be dark grey
• The content should be centered and the large grey space to the right should be removed

Here's what the OBC theme looks like right now:

Roblox Legacy Old Theme originally had the 2016 version, however I had updated to the 2017 version to make it closer to what was used at the time before it was removed sometime in 2019. However I can re-add the 2016 version of the custom themes under [{theme_name}]_2016.
