Describe the solution you'd like
Add the ability to delete messages from the YouTube Chat integration, as well as respond to deleted messages correctly.

Additional context
YouTube's API is very limiting with Quotas, as such it's quite difficult to figure out if messages have been deleted, delete messages, or send your own messages. Currently an alternative solution is used due to the extremely low quota on the live messages api. (Live Messages free API quota would last only 30 minutes of streaming.)
