Latest Windows version attempting to open older java cfg file not installed #407

The below error is thrown when running any tmc command on Windows (both installer and latest jar manual installation):
Error: could not open 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre1.8.0_65\lib\i386\jvm.cfg'Version 1.8.0_65 isn't installed on this system (currently running the latest version jre1.8.0_241). I'm unsure if there is a mismatch on my end or if it would be worth running the older version?
