Special Order MBIs (SOMBIS) - generate random Medicare Beneficiary Identifiers

The new MBIs are difficult to test with because of the complex format. This program generates random MBIs that follow the CMS rules for you.

Which to use?

For users on Linux/macOS, I recommend the bash version on the releases page. It will output a grid of MBIs when called. For users on Windows, if you have git bash installed you can also use the bash version.

There is also a C# version. That works well on Windows inside a Powershell console window and inside a Linux terminal window, but it is not yet compatible with the MSYS2 terminal used by Git for Windows.
