For volunteer registration PRs made in this repo. Checks:

  1. JSON validity for any JSON files changed - e.g. data/volunteersMap.json
  2. avatar name respects the ETHEREUM_ADDRESS.png template.

This process can be triggered by labeling the PR with a volunteer registration label.
