[Bug] Custom signal entry doesn't work

v6.1.101-prod

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open the Inspector window for any object on Scripting
2. Add a new visual script
3. Select Custom Signal in the Create Script pop-up
4. Add the Signal name and press the Create button
5. Pay attention to the luck of the entry block in the script

Actual Result:
After adding a Custom signal entry when creating a new visual script the entry block does not appear in the script. You can add this element using the Add Script Block button but cannot add inputs.
