Unable to switch on the modem after upgrading to the latest ADSP #242

After upgrading to the latest ADSP firmware EG25GGBR07A08M2G_30.202.30.202 modem didn't switch on anymore.

I tried flashing another one but after writing "fastboot flash modem NON-HLOS.ubi" my device shows "waiting for any device"
What is worse, if I try to flash new 0.8.0 or any other (./flashall) I see "permission denied"
I used mobian, Arch and postmaketOS with no success.

Any idea?
