Im getting this error when trying to get the countries:
undefined method `countries' for CS:Module
I noticed that the method is not there anymore.

@AAlvarez90 check your 'city-state' gem version, if it is less than 0.0.13
then please update it to latest version i.e 0.0.13, and try this method,
it will work!
