Forestry's Honey liquid is incompatible with Create's

The Forestry honey fluid is missing the forge:honey tag, which will become c:honey on 1.21.

It would also helpful i suppose that the recipes then use the tag, so that create honey can be used in the analyzer block for example

I have added honey/milk tags to the Forestry fluids in f76cce6, and the Analyzer block now supports honey from that tag, but built-in support for machine recipes will have to wait.

Looks like COFH honey is also incompatible, presumably the same issue
