Not working on Laravel 5.8, buttons, reply, edit #271

Hi there! I recently installed chatter into my project and when I login and click on New Discussion nothing happens, when I enter on some discussion in the reply field it is showing me loading icon, I can't do anything, but on my 5.4 project everything is working fine. Why?
