IRMA fails with too many reads #200

In the flu module of TheiaCoV, IRMA is reported to fail if the inputs contain too many reads. This issue may be managed by an optional flag in IRMA, but if not, a downsampling step may be necessary to prevent further run failures.

@kevinlibuit maxRetry doesn't get activated because the IRMA task doesn't actually fail
