Issues with the containers for hash processing

Hi
I tried to figure this out but since i do not have an independent hash dataset to play with i am not sure if its test data dependent or conda env dependent. i am sure you can get this assessed quicker thank me.

hash_solo fails with numba issue: No module named 'llvmlite.llvmpy' - might need to define a specific version in config file
bff(by default conda env doesnt install cellhashR and hence the package is missing unless i install it manually)
gmm_demux GMM-demux: command not found
