Again noticed during thewca/wca-regulations-translations#36, errors and warnings could be more visible in the travis output, adding some color would probably help.

Errors improvements

Make syntax errors actually *be* errors, and improved some errors messages with what the parser expected.
Fixes thewca#5, and some works towards thewca#4.
