Parametric Text in Pasted New Components only updates when original Component text is updated

Describe the bug
I have a base component that I copied and pasted new three times. I then made design changes in each of those components including updating their text field mappings using Change Text Parameters. When I change any of the parameters referenced by Parametric Text, text in the pasted new components will not update on their own or by editing any of their sketches and selecting Change Text Parameters. It seems to only update if I do this on any of the sketches containing text in the base component.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a component (Base Component) with a sketch that contains Parametric Text
2. Copy and Paste New that Component
3. Map the text in the Pasted New Component to a parameter
4. Change the parameter of the Pasted New Component...Observe that it does not update
5. Edit the Pasted New Component sketch that contains the parametrized text then open the Change Text Parameter dialog and click OK...Observe that it still does not update
6. Edit the Base Component sketch that contains the text then open the Change Text Parameter dialog and click OK...Observe the text in the Pasted New Component updates

Expected behavior
Step 4 and/or 5 above should work
