There is a high severity vulnerability (netmask<2.0.1) in the current version of w3cjs (0.4.0) - https://www.npmjs.com/advisories/1658

In case it's helpful, here's a fork I created to keep the dependencies updated:
https://github.com/center-key/w3c-html-validator
Note that some option names have changed, so it's not a drop-in replacement, but there are some enhancements like a reporter function, TypeScript declarations, and instructions for invoking from package.json scripts.
