Might be because DAC enable pin is reused.

Reproduce:
DAC: http://www.audiophonics.fr/en/raspberry-pi/st400-v2-hat-module-class-d-amp-headphone-amp-dac-pcm5122--p-10248.html
Use pins: 12, 16, 20 and 21
Start track. Enable plugin with configuration for those pins.
