Determine scope and infrastructure of our automated tests

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Instead of manually testing our Appointment in our browsers when we push new code, we can save manual test time by writing automated tests.

In addition to #490 and #608, we should determine the full suite of automated tests we would like to have in Q1 and Q2 of next year.

Describe the solution you'd like

• Choose an automated test platform for supported browsers on desktop and mobile, determine required infrastructure
• Determine the test cases we want to cover (sanity tests vs full feature tests)
• Write tests
• set up infra for this to run ideally per PR
