Emails not always in same order as appear sorted in Thunderbird. Also please date Attachment folders as same function introduced html emails

a) Would like the order of emails exported and in html index to match those of the selected emails in Thunderbird, allowing the date order to be maintained.
b) The option of dating the files is useful in this respect. I had not noticed this option before where the date modified of the folder is adjusted to the date of the email. Please do the same for the related attachment folders etc. so it can be seen what folders relate to a certain email

c) The attachment folder would also be useful in the index.
