After installation of ImportExportTools NG v14.1.2 in Thunderbird v115.16.0esr on Mac OS 12.7.6 the menu-listing shows double entries of ImportExportTools NG as shown in the image.
Deletion and installing it again brings no improvement.

Unfortunately this is a known and ongoing menu api quirk.
It's Thunderbird on mac. I can't do anything about it. I will bring it up again.
