Specification lacks concept about UI components #523

The are UI components in the "backend" (flask views) and the "frontend" (react components).
I assume both should share a common styling.

Specification/Readme should mention what base framework is in use (i.e. Bootstrap, Zurb Foundation, …) and how exactly we make sure that we share as much as possible UI code amongst the different templates.
