Docs: What is purpose of this repository? #3
Comments
Hey Joe, it's very nice hear from you. Yes, time flies!
The HOT fhir-owl-server is not the same fhir owl. If I recall, it is a proof of concept rest service for CDMH or CCDH.
I hope this helps! Please say hi to everyone for me!

Subject: [HOT-Ecosystem/fhir-owl] Docs: What is purpose of this repository? (Issue #3)
Overview
@jiaola<https://github.com/jiaola> How is it going! It's been about a year now since I saw you. Hope things are going well~
We're looking at options to convert OWL to FHIR CodeSystem currently. We see aehrc/fhir-owl<https://github.com/aehrc/fhir-owl> as an option. We are wondering what the difference between this repository and that one are.
At a glance, it looks like the purpose of this is to load an ontology from OWL into Neo4J and support Cypher queries? Also looks like this repo might be for some specific CDMH deliverables. If so, then the purpose of this repository is much different from aehrc/fhir-owl. I checked one of the deployments<https://fhir-owl.herokuapp.com/>, and it looks like it is bugged out.

HI @jiaola. I've heard your name around here. You are sorely missed. Can you give a hint as to how FHIR plays a part? |
@jiaola I'll say hi! Thanks for the clarification. Edit: So far Tricia and Steph have responded with a hello back! |
