Do you have any idea why these blocks are 'failed' to be placed?

i think they are generated in a not allowed position, so bukkit removes them.

it's like when you place a torch on a block then remove the block.

Hello,

The thing you are talking about is just for blocks that need to be attached to a base block. That is not the case with wooden blocks and fence blocks. (which I could see in the picture).
