Bintray has been sunset and repository for debian package is now unavailable

Unable to install package from bintray as it no longer exists.

Description

When performing sudo apt update

E: Failed to fetch https://dl.bintray.com/tizonia/ubuntu/dists/focal/InRelease  403  Forbidden [IP: 52.40.49.72 443]
E: The repository 'https://dl.bintray.com/tizonia/ubuntu focal InRelease' is not signed.

Opening link on browser "https://dl.bintray.com/tizonia/ubuntu/dists/focal/InRelease" shows

I have exact the same issue on Ubuntu Focal.
