amqplib doesn't support clustered rabbits, Does coworkers?

Coworkers uses amqplib under the hood, so no.

There is a mention that https://github.com/guidesmiths/rascal does (also built on top of amqplib), by connecting to a rabbitmq server at random. I have never run a cluster of rabbitmq servers, so I don't know what the recommended approach is. If you have suggestions on a recommended approach, I would be happy to work with you to bring rabbitmq cluster support into coworkers.
