hi,
I did a quick extract from eagle schematic: https://github.com/tom-2015/washberrypi/blob/master/eagle/washberry-BOM.html
Some parts were reused from the original PCB like the heat sink, input filter capacitors, rectifier, VDR,... So it may be difficult to find a place to buy these.

Maybe you need to redesign the PCB a little to fit components you can find. Most things I bought from https://www.conrad.com/, https://www.farnell.com/ or Aliexpress.
