Smallest scale supported by --major-scale is "Second" which is not same as tick.
The readme file mentions it is possible to specify "Tick" as major scale.

This is a mistake in the documentation. Tick, as major scale, does not make sense because tick data is stored implicitly during data fetching from Dukascopy servers, so it does not need to be listed in the major scale enumeration.
I'm going to improve the docs. Cheers for pointing this out.
