希望添加调整同时下载的漫画的数量

附加信息（其他的与功能相关的附加信息）

这其实应该算半个BUG，就是如果同时下载的漫画数量过大时程序就会巨卡（只有程序本身，系统没问题）

以及出于私心，能否加一个超时设置（梯子太烂延迟太高，经常TImeout）

我大概猜到是怎么回事了
我把程序和下载地址平时放在机械里，读写跟不上就卡了
（我刚刚把程序扔我固态试着全速下载里就没问题）
难顶，也算是个经典毛病了
