When I open a project in Pycharm the plugin gives me an error: "Could not check Python packages. Could not fetch API to validate records. Check your API details. Could not load data from SafteyDB API, JSON file is corrupted".

To Reproduce
Code or Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create a new project open in same window.

Expected behavior
The plugin doesn't return an error.
