Videos uploaded with V2C often have strange file-titles because the tool replaced their question marks with ? and replace some other chars.
However, that is not needed and often makes the title less accurate in some cases even false (and in any case cluttered if not adjusted manually). Filetitles on WMC can include question marks without a problem (example) so please do not replace them.

I tried uploadwizard just now, which can upload files with U+003F : QUESTION MARK in filename, so it seems reasonable that v2c should not replace them.
