think about how to deal with repeated statements

a lot of documents repeat statements, for instance in summaries, or in multiple context. now, only one of those quotes can be linked to a point. one option would be to create a Quote model, so that each point can have multiple quotes. another option would be to basically reuse the Point model for that, and link multiple Points to one Case for one Service. In the export, we could then group points with the same case together, to form one item in the review list. or we could leave things as they are, and just not cover the whole document in quotes. All these three options have their pros and cons.
