デフォルト状態ではモックサーバーに繋がらない #82

モックサーバーはlocalhost:4010に立つが、デフォルトではlocalhost:80を見に行ってしまっているので生成されたコードを修正しないと動かない。ので、デフォルトはlocalhost:4010につながるようにして、できれば環境変数で上書き可能にしておく
