echoのcontext作ってセッションを登録したりする部分がそこそこ長い上にどのテストでも同じような実装になっているので、そのための関数を用意したい。
いろんなところで使われる関数になるので、どんな引数・返り値にするかをちゃんと考えてからやりたい。

コードよく読んだら実はあんまり書いてる場所無い（書かなくていい場所に書いてるパターンもある）ので、やらなくていいかも
