[mozilla] Admin error message

I'm getting the following error on all of the admin panels of mozilla.locamotion.org:

The reported error was:(1032, "Can't find record in 'pootle_app_permissionset'")

Could this be a result of the recent migration?

Jeff this is one we hit from time to time. We've never been able to properly diagnose it. Khaled is taking a look at it, I think by first unblocking the traceback so we can actually check where the code is busting.

I'll wait for him to complete that before proceeding.

It blocks people being able to adjust rights. It always occurs when someone removes a user from a rights page.

I was sure I'd seen that error before, and now I know why :-)
