Translation status on Firefox OS 1.3 is much lower than for 1.2

When comparing http://mozilla.locamotion.org/projects/firefoxos_1.2/ and http://mozilla.locamotion.org/projects/firefoxos_1.3/, the status on 1.3 looks a lot worse than the one on 1.2.

Can we do something to lift the work in 1.2 that's useful for 1.3?

One particular example that got us looking is bn-BD. tr seems to be in a similar bucket.

Hope that filing a bug here is a good way to track the discussion.

I merged bn_BD, hr and tr from 1.2 into 1.3, I left out Arabic because 1.3 seems to have slightly better strings (the whole Arabic Firefox OS translation needs a review, but that is a different issue). Anything else I missed?
