not working on windows 7 since version 0.3 #122

hi, LRCGET 0.32 or newer is not working on windows 7, i get a "missing entry point" error for ProcessPrng in DLL "bcryptprimitives.dll".

Version 0.3 worked flawlessly

sfc /scannow
or
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
as Administrator
