When publishing lyrics to lrclib these errors occur:

error sending request for url (https://lrclib.net/api/request-challenge): error trying to connect: unexpected EOF during handshake

error sending request for url (https://lrclib.net/api/publish): error trying to connect: unexpected EOF during handshake

Repeatedly pressing publish will eventually successfully uploads the lyrics.

These errors are not consistent, they occur more often than not when pressing publish, but sometimes lyrics are uploaded without issue.
