On Travis, if no architecture is provided then OS/Arch: Linux/amd64 will be as default, But if we define the architecture as ARM64 it needs to build the working environment with ARM64 but here it automatically chooses the AMD64 as the working environment.

Here is the sample format of the configuration I'm working on:
services: docker
python: 3.8
os: linux
dist: focal
name: arm64-linux
arch: arm64
env:
- CIBW_BUILD="cp38-manylinux_aarch64"
- CIBW_ARCHS="aarch64"
Do we need to change any settings on the Travis to enable the build feature for the different architecture?
