Support minimap2 --type/-x arguments other than 'map-ont', 'map-pb', 'sr'

Hi,

Thank you for some great software!

I was hoping you could include more type classifications (especially lr:hq and map-hifi) as 10.4 ONT sup data with >1% error are better mapped with other mapping and alignment settings, see lh3/minimap2#1127

These settings are now provided with the above mentioned -x/--type arguments, in the newest minimap2 versions.
