How you or your user can access their data

You can view data you have for a user by navigating to GDPR -> Tools -> Access data tab and searching for the user’s email address.
You will then be prompted with the data and options to download it in JSON or XML formats.
Your user can also check this information by submitting a request through one of our forms. You can display the form with the PHP function gdpr_request_form( 'export-data' )
or our shortcode [gdpr_request_form type="export-data"]
.
The user will then be prompted to confirm the request on their email. On confirmation, a download will begin with all their data in the chosen format.
